Loktak Christian Model High School, Moirang ("School"), in partnership with technology provider Cyber Arena Tech (caschoolerp.com), operates official mobile applications for students, parents, teachers, and transport drivers. This policy details how user data is collected, used, and protected across all mobile platforms.

1. Information Collected & App Usage

  • LCM High School (Parent & Student App): Collects student name, roll number, class, parent contact details, fee payment records, attendance, and academic reports for school-to-parent communication.
  • LCM Teacher App: Collects teacher login credentials, attendance records, and classroom management data.
  • LCM Driver App: Collects location and GPS data during active transport routes to provide real-time bus tracking for student safety.

2. How Data Is Used & Protected

All collected data is strictly used for school administrative and communication purposes. Data is securely processed on servers maintained by caschoolerp.com. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties or advertisers.

3. Children’s Privacy Notice

Data belonging to minor students is collected exclusively for educational administration with consent provided by parents/guardians upon school enrollment.

4. Account & Data Deletion Requests

Users (parents, teachers, and drivers) have the right to request the deletion of their accounts and associated personal data.

  • How to submit a deletion request: Send an email to admin@lcmhighschool.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered mobile number, student/staff ID, and full name.
  • Processing Time: Requests will be verified and processed within 7 business days. Upon deletion, personal profile records and app access credentials will be permanently removed from active application databases.
